Our Program
Parent-Teacher Communication
A full curriculum is provided encompassing the emotional, physical, social, intellectual and spiritual needs of your child. These unique learning programs have been carefully designed with a daily routine to enhance your child's development from twelve months through age twelve.
Our staff maintains records of the developmental progress of each child in order to help plan a wide range of age-appropriate activities based around an interest center concept. Interest centers, including music, creative/art, blocks, math, science, dramatic play and gross motor, help foster self-esteem and decision-making ability. Field trips and special visitors, such as policemen and firemen, are coordinated with these activities and are planned throughout the year.
Our program relies on flexibility, often allowing our children extra time for exploration and discovery in a particularly interesting area. We maintain a proper degree of structure.
We feel parent communication is a vital link in your child's transition between home and school. Teachers will provide daily/weekly communication notes, two parent conferences per year and a monthly newsletter. Your comments and suggestions about the center are always welcome.
Parents are encouraged to come to the center to observe and ask questions. Visitors are always welcome.
Our Staff
Our director and teachers are selected based on their qualifications and ability to meet our high standards of care and education. They provide an enriched environment that is both stimulating and enjoyable. Our teachers also provide lots of love, while treating each child with dignity and respect.
Meals
Your child will receive a well-balanced breakfast and lunch, along with nutritional morning and afternoon snacks.
